Usman Saleem holds the position of Senior Manager Corporate Affairs at Treet Corporation and serves as the Company Secretary at Renacon Pharma Limited, where he assumes responsibility for ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and governance frameworks. In these roles, Usman supports the Board of Directors and management in fulfilling their secretarial and compliance obligations across multiple entities.

With over fifteen years of experience in corporate affairs, governance, compliance, and finance, Usman has previously served as Company Secretary at Punjab Oil Mills Limited and as Company Secretary and Accounts & Finance Manager at Pakistan Institute of Cost and Contracts. In these capacities, he led financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory affairs, contributing to organizational efficiency and accountability.

Usman began his career by completing his CA Articles at Nazir Chaudhri & Co. and Qadeer & Co., where he worked extensively in audit, tax, and corporate advisory for a diverse client base. He has also contributed to international development initiatives, including securing a technical assistance grant from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

His expertise encompasses regulatory liaison, shareholder management, AML compliance, and adherence to statutory obligations under the Companies Act, 2017, as well as compliance with the SECP, CDC, PSX, and Modaraba Companies regulations.
