Yes, we can provide any formulation of the customer’s choice.
Can Renacon Pharma provide multiple formulations to the same importer?
Yes, we can provide multiple formulations if imported in suitable quantities on a regular basis, as printing and packing are developed differently for each formulation.
Are samples free of cost?
Yes, samples are free of cost in smaller quantities after an agreement on rates and sales forecasts. For larger quantities, the freight will be paid by the importers, while the samples will be supplied freely.
Is Renacon Pharma approved by the Ministry of Health?
Yes, Renacon Pharma is licensed as a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer by the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan. We adhere to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) as per Drug Laws. Hemodialysis Concentrate is considered a drug in Pakistan and requires registration accordingly. Our compliance is frequently checked by Federal Inspectors of Drugs and other officials from the Ministry of Health.
Does Renacon Pharma have a Free Sale Certificate for Europe?
Yes, we have a CE 1639 certification through SGS, EU, which implies a Free Sale certificate for Europe, also endorsed by the MHRA, EU.
Is Renacon Pharma registered in Europe?
Yes, Renacon Pharma Ltd. is incorporated in the UK as a private limited company.
Does Renacon Pharma undergo quality audits?
Yes, in addition to checks by the Ministry of Health, Renacon Pharma undergoes quality audits and staff training by SGS, EU, in relation to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 as per the recommended schedule. Frequent sampling of raw materials and local and export finished goods is also done through the Ministry and sent to the Government Central Testing Laboratory.
